In the work environment, the objectives of Al-Ittefaq Steel Products Co.’s are attained by the cooperation and the combined efforts of its stakeholders. All internal or external stakeholders are frequently communicated to find their expectations. Clear engagement with each stakeholder in the supply chain is ensured, in order for the chain to be stabilized and engaged to reach a common goal in increasing the financial performance and achieving profit. Moreover, through engagement of the organization’s stakeholders, Al-Ittefaq Steel Products Co. can optimize its productivity and it can overall value its stakeholder through training/awareness, and transfer knowledge/information. At the organizational level, a code of ethics on proper behavior in the workplace has been established and followed. Make sure that the billets that we receive is free of defects and the required grade. Schedule rolling program efficiently . To maintain weight per meter of the billet as per the rolling requirement. All required PPE should be available. Provision for proper training to be arranged. To save energy by switching off all equipment when there is a major delay in the plant, and switch to LED bulbs. To recycle all of used water and contain any leakages that might occur in our operation. To dispose of all wate properly throough authorized agencies only. To invite prominent manufacturers of steel plant to discuss about the chances of improving the efficiency of the plant.

To Improves quality audits throughout the production process - inline, final and/or packing accuracy. To Ensure the deliverables are correct and free of defects and focus on quality from the beginning to the end. To improve ambient air quality inside the mill. To use VFS drive to Electrical equipment. To increase the recycled water and capacity of filtiration. To carry out all the hazardous waste disposal through the PME certified contractor ., minimize the Hazardous waster. To Use Eco friendly products to make products, Energy efficient equipment and very minimal waste discharge in process. To priotitize to local vendors and contractors to improve local Economy. To place eye wash and shower in chemical storage area. Health check and awaresness progarms has to be organized for all levels.

We should discuss and follow other Big Steel Plants to improve and make friendly atmosphere. Each individual contribution and participation count a lot. Please try to involve all our department colleagues by giving them a training. It will enlighten them about the importance of these aspects.
